Elf sized S’mores! Our clever little guys used Golden Grahams cereal to make tiny s’mores over a tea light campfire. The boys had fun sampling them and making their own treats. One thing I especially enjoy is how my newly turned 8 year old is taking up photography, he’s now enjoying taking photos of the elves as much as I am.
Underwear are the center of many jokes around here. I won’t name names but some like to wear them as hats or face gear, fling them at others, make jokes, all in the name of making others laugh. Our elves have not missed that underwear are a huge source of entertainment and made them the center of day 32. This may be my favorite Elf antic yet.
We woke up to a marshmallow “snowball” fight. Henry had been beamed in the head and Roderick was making a snow angel. They were odd shaped marshmallows so we think they may be straight from the north pole, possibly marshmallow poop!
One of our favorite Christmas traditions is painting ornaments for the tree. This year we get to add a very special ornament painted by our elves. So happy they helped themselves to the supplies we left out!
Today our elves brought hot cocoa mix they made. With extra marshmallows, yum! I’m guessing they were amused that the boys thought they had peed in our milk and left a little poo joke. Funny thing is, the child who refused to drink pee milk wasted no time trying the elf poo, and he liked it!
Weeeeeeee! Our elves had plenty of fun sliding down the stair rail on a candy sleigh, hoping the boys don’t get any ideas form these guys.
Vroom! Our Elves took advantage of fully charged remote control cars that were left on the counter.
Coffee break! Our elves have been working so hard they needed a coffee break. Good thing we had a carafe of hot coffee so they could help themselves.
Another chilly morning for our elves. We found them in the refrigerator with some miniature pies they had made.
The last day of school before winter break we found our elves tracing each other. They also left notes about the upcoming vacation and no school til next year.
